| Wielding his clockwork 16mm Bolex, a youthful Omens becomes a witness to history as he slips between President Lyndon Johnson (right) and press secretary Pierre Salinger while filming a student documentary in 1964. The cameraman shot numerous docs before getting his chance to do narrative work, and he says the experience “gave me an appreciation for time and capturing the moment.” | ||
