Clubhouse Conversations — F1

In this episode, cinematographer Claudio Miranda, ASC, ACC is joined by interviewer Suki Medenčević, ASC, ASBiH, SAS to discuss his work on F1 — an adrenaline-fueled sports drama from director Joseph Kosinski centered on an aging Formula One driver who comes out of retirement for a shot at redemption.

F1 tells the story of Sonny Hayes (Brad Pitt), a once-dominant Formula One racer who agrees to return to the sport to mentor an arrogant rising talent in Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris). The film marks the sixth feature collaboration between Miranda and Kosinski, following their work together on Tron: Legacy, Oblivion, Only the Brave, Top Gun: Maverick and Spiderhead.
