Simmod Lens has announced it will launch five specialized divisions this year: Scientific, Camera, Support Solutions, Production Software AI and Lighting/Grip & Electric.
Simmod Scientific will focus on the development of high-performance electronic products, including monitoring tools and advanced control systems; Simmod Camera will collaborate directly with camera manufacturers to develop bespoke solutions for new camera models, including camera cages, adapters and other accessories; Simmod Support Solutions will develop advanced tripod accessories, gimbals, sliders and other tools; Simmod Production Software AI will focus on creating tools to streamline production workflows; and Simmod Lighting/Grip & Electric will develop lighting tools, rigging solutions and accessories.
Simmod Lens’ facilities in Windsor, Ontario, house advanced technologies such as five-axis CNC milling, wire EDM technology for aircraft-grade precision machining, and rapid-prototyping capabilities.
