Elation Launches Fuze Wash 250
The full-spectrum LED Fresnel moving head offers the same color quality found across Elation’s Fuze and KL series.
Elation Lighting’s Fuze Wash 250 full-spectrum LED Fresnel moving head features a 92-CRI, 250-watt RGBMA LED engine that provides the same color quality found across Elation’s Fuze and KL series.
Calibrated at a native color temperature of 6,500 Kelvin, the engine produces bold diffused saturates, soft-field pastels and a range of tunable white light. The quiet fixture can be used in any noise-sensitive environment, from intimate theaters to broadcast studios. Users can take advantage of green/magenta shift, a virtual-gel library and color correction from 2,400-8,500K. Capable of matching camera white balance, users can easily shift the color temperature without the use of plus/minus green gels or filters. CMY and RGB emulation modes support familiar programming styles, while an adjustable LED refresh rate keeps on-camera performance flicker-free, even for high-speed capture.
A motorized zoom from 6-50 degrees allows adjustments from tight beams to wide washes, and an included snoot provides even tighter control of the beam.
