Nanlux Releases 2 Parallel Beam Reflectors
The smaller FE30 is engineered for FE-mount and FM-mount fixtures, whereas the BE55 supports most BE-mount and Bowens-mount fixtures up to 800 watts.
Nanlux is now shipping the FE30 and BE55 Parallel Beam Reflectors.
The smaller FE30 is engineered for FE-mount and FM-mount fixtures, whereas the BE55 supports BE-mount and Bowens-mount fixtures up to 800 watts (except the Forza 720/720B). Both reflectors feature an 8-degree beam angle.
When combined with the FE30, a Nanlux Evoke 150C delivers approximately 12x the output of bare light (5,600K at 9'10"). The Evoke 600C with the BE55 achieves about 23x greater output (5,600K at 16'5").
The FE30 and BE55 are made of lightweight materials, enabling easier one-handed handling. The 11.81"-diameter FE30 weighs about 3 pounds; the 21.65"-diameter BE55 weighs about 12 pounds. Both are IP66-rated and equipped with an internal grid and an external snoot; the snoot features an all-in-one design, requiring no assembly.
The Nanlux FE30 Parallel Beam Reflector lists for $225, and the BE55 lists for $665.
