Sigma Corp. of America has announced one of its newest prime lenses, the Sigma Cine 28mm T1.5 FF, will be available in mid-March.
The regular version will be priced at $3,499, and the fully luminous (FL) version will be priced at $4,499.
The Sigma Cine 28mm T1.5 FF is compatible with full-frame camera sensors and optimized for ultra-high-resolution 6K-8K productions. Featuring a 180-degree focus rotation, the lens will be available in PL, Canon EF and Sony E mounts, with lens support foot and cap included.
In tandem with the release of the new lens, Sigma will release a five-lens case that holds the 28mm along with the 14mm, 40mm, 105mm and 135mm cine lenses. The case will sell for $750.
