AMPAS Announces 2026 Oscar Nominees
Three ASC members are among this year's Best Cinematography nominees.
The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences unveiled their 98th Academy Awards nominees this morning (full list here), and you’ll find each of the nominees for Best Cinematography below in episodes of the ASC's Clubhouse Conversations interview series:
Autumn Durald Arkapaw, ASC for Sinners
Michael Bauman for One Battle After Another
Darius Khondji, ASC, AFC for Marty Supreme
Dan Laustsen, ASC, DFF for Frankenstein
Adolpho Veloso, ABC, AIP for Train Dreams
Final voting for the Academy Awards begins Wednesday, February 26 and closes Wednesday, March 5. The winner will be announced during the Oscars presentation ceremony on Sunday, March 15.
