Cinematographer Caleb Deschanel, ASC and visual effects supervisor Robert Legato, ASC will be featured guests at the ASC Clubhouse on Tuesday, December 10, from 1:30 pm to 4:00 pm, during a “Clubhouse Conversations” presentation event focusing on their latest collaboration, a photo-realistic reimagining of the classic Disney animated feature The Lion King.

Deschanel's other credits include The Right Stuff, Being There, The Black Stallion, The Natural, The Patriot and The Passion of the Christ. Legato's visual effects credits include Apollo 13, Titanic, The Departed, Avatar, The Wolf of Wall Street and The Jungle Book.
We are pleased to welcome the filmmakers to the ASC Clubhouse for this exclusive discussion, which will be moderated by filmmaker and American Cinematographer contributor Jim Hemphill. Time will be set aside for questions from the audience.
