Arri Launches SkyPanel S60 Pro
The solution combines features of the SkyPanel S60-C with several updates, including improvements to the handles, control-panel location and connectivity options.
Arri has launched the SkyPanel S60 Pro, the latest addition to the SkyPanel family. With its release, the company will discontinue the SkyPanel S60-C.
The S60 Pro combines features of the S60-C with several updates. The digital twin, an exact replica of the luminaire in Unreal Engine developed by Arri Solutions, offers customization and control throughout the entire production chain, enabling crews to quickly synchronize real-world and virtual camera and lighting systems for live collaboration. CloudIO software offers streamlined diagnostics, remote assistance and comprehensive service.
The S60 Pro is set up with four LED zones for better pixel control, color accuracy and light distribution. With its RGBW LED light engine, the soft light can easily adapt to any style while ensuring that every scene is illuminated with additional output and true color. Improved low-dimming performance enables users to achieve smooth, flicker-free dimming at lower levels.
Arri has responded to user feedback by making improvements to the fixture’s handles, control-panel position, and connectivity and control options. An integrated power supply helps to streamline setups, making the luminaire easier to transport and manage with fewer cables and less rigging material.
The S60 Pro is fully compatible with S60-C front and yoke accessories, and can be integrated into existing workflows and wireless setups with built-in CRMX and Bluetooth for app-based control, such as the Arri LiCo app, or with five-pin DMX in and out for traditional control, and Ethernet in and out for newer studio installs.
New fixtures will be available in blue and silver or black, with manual or P.O. yoke, and can be pre-ordered.
