The Astera QuikBeam combines the equivalent power of a 200-watt tungsten with LED technology, featuring a 13-60-degree Fresnel-based zoom, swappable QuikBrick batteries and built-in Power over Ethernet.

Engineered to meet the demands of live events, film sets and broadcast productions of any scale, the QuikBeam is designed to deliver clean, defined beams for uplighting, accents and feature highlighting. The solution features the new HotBeam function to push beyond 13 degrees, producing exceptional intensity at even narrower beam settings.

The fully waterproof QuikBrick batteries can be charged three ways: via PoE while wired in the fixture, within the optional ChargingDock (which charges up to four QuikBricks at once) or through the USB-C port. For hardwired applications, users can connect QuikBeam up to 328' from the PowerInjector or IP65 NetBox, enabling four PoE EtherCon outputs and PrepBox functionality. The QuikBeam combines power and data in a single cable, supporting standard sACN and ArtNet signals, and works with existing PoE switches.

Driven by Astera’s Titan LED Engine, the QuikBeam provides RGBMA color rendering that matches all Astera products while also offering QuikFamily's OutputGain. The fixture measures 5.35"x4.75" and weighs 3.56 pounds. From its 3/8" and 1/4" built-in threads to its removable yoke with integrated AirlineTrack for tripod or truss mounting, the QuikBeam housing is built for speed and versatility. Control options comprise built-in CRMX, wireless DMX, AsteraApp, UHF connectivity, infrared remote control and web interface.

QuikBeam’s lightweight barndoors enable precise cutting and shaping of light. The EdgeSoftener filter slips over the lens to emulate the gentle falloff of a classic Fresnel, and the Rotatable Elliptical Filter can be similarly installed to transform the circular beam shape into an adjustable ellipse.

Multiple-unit flight cases are available through Astera distributors, and the QuikBeam is also available in a two-unit backpack and a four-unit kit with NetBox and accessories.
