Canon U.S.A., Inc., has unveiled the EOS R50 V and PowerShot V1 cameras and the RF-S14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ and RF20mm F1.4 L VCM lenses. All four solutions can be preordered now.

The EOS R50 V offers video-focused design elements such as a livestream button, a movie-recording button in the front of the camera, and a tripod screw hole for vertical shooting. Its features include Dual Pixel CMOS AF II, the ability to shoot 4K crop at 60fps and YCC 422 10bit, an APS-C sensor and Digic X image processor, and four methods of livestreaming: UVC/UAC, HDMI, Camera Connect and Live Switcher Mobile multi-camera.

The PowerShot V1 features a 22.3-megapixel sensor, a grip designed for both normal and selfie shooting, an ultra-wide-angle zoom lens (approximately 17-52mm for movie recording and 16-50mm/F2.8-4.5 for stills), and Dual Pixel CMOS AF II for PowerShot.

The RF-S14-30mm is Canon’s first RF lens with Power Zoom. Its features include a wide angle of view; smooth, cinema-style Auto Focus, and optical image stabilization.

The RF20mm is the fourth addition to Canon’s RF Hybrid Prime series, designed for creators who switch between photo and video shooting. It offers quiet, fast AF for both still and video shooting, reduced focus breathing and an iris ring.

The EOS R50 V ($649.99), PowerShot V1 ($899.99) and RF20mm F1.4 L VCM ($1,699) will begin shipping in April. The RF-S14-30mm F4-6.3 IS STM PZ ($329.99) will begin shipping in July. The EOS R50 can be purchased with the RF-S14-30mm for $849.99.
