Elation Introduces Fuze Teatro
The moving-head luminaire features a fanless design and soundless color-mixing system that make it ideal for noise-sensitive environments.
Elation Professional has introduced the Fuze Teatro, a moving-head luminaire designed for any application that requires a silent, fully automated framing fixture with full-spectrum color range.
The Teatro’s fanless design and soundless color-mixing system make it ideal for noise-sensitive environments. The convection-cooled system ensures silence, and because dust and other particles are not distributed throughout the luminaire, it requires less maintenance and promises a longer product life.
The fixture incorporates an additive color engine, further reducing noise levels compared to conventional CMY systems. The 480-watt homogenized RGBMA LED array with CRI of 92 offers outstanding color rendering, calibrated white points and a full-spectrum color gamut from soft pastels to intense primaries. The LEDs ensure accurate color reproduction and dynamic whites from 2400-8500K while delivering an output of up to 15,000 lumens out of a 140mm front aperture. The RGBMA LED array is the same color-mixing system found in other Elation Fuze and KL series fixtures.
The Teatro premixes color in its engine, removing unwanted color shifts and artifacts on gobo images or framing cuts. Virtual color temperature, Magenta/Green adjustment plus CMY or RGB emulation provide the designer with immediate access to the LED color array. The fixture’s optical design and lens coatings ensure precise projections.
The Fuze Teatro features Elation’s new ColourTune technology, which allows for the selection of Highest Output, Highest Fidelity or a blend of the two by varying CCT and color settings. Additionally, an Output Balance selection of Bright and Uniform allows for the balancing of color tone across multiple fixture models that share Elation’s full-spectrum LED engine.
