ETC has unveiled four Hog lighting-control consoles — Tour, Stage, Flex and Gig — and announced Hog OS v5.

The Tour Hog console enhances the Hog workflow while maintaining a compact design. The 24" articulating display, dual 12.5" dashboard screens, motorized RGB-backlit keys, and faders ensure quick access to vital functions during live events. New function keys — reconfigured with large, full-color displays — offer intuitive access to traditional commands, while eight user-definable keys allow for further customization of the front panel.

The Stage Hog offers the same power and front-panel controls as the Tour Hog, but without a monitor, allowing users to incorporate their own displays and other accessories. Accessory mounts accommodate third-party adapters for monitors, tablets, laptops and cameras.

The Flex Hog is designed for smaller productions or backstage setups where space is at a premium. Stripped of its dashboard displays and keyboard drawer, it offers a minimalist design while featuring front-panel controls.

The Gig Hog is designed to fit in a standard Peli case, making it ideal for users who require portability and flexibility. It offers USB-C connectivity, Ethernet and USB ports and can power laptops up to 100 watts at the same time, reducing cables and optimizing workflow. With RGB-backlit keys, five RGB-backlit motorized faders, and five rotary encoders with dual-wheel keys, the Gig Hog is a fully functional wing paired with the HPU hybrid processor or Hog PC. When paired with Hog PC, the Gig Hog unlocks 12 universes of control directly. The Gig Hog and HPU can be mounted in standard 19" racks to integrate into existing setups.

ETC will begin shipping the Hog series this summer. Hog OS v5 will launch with the new consoles, and the software update will be available to Hog 4 users. Show files from v4 will open normally in v5, allowing users to take full advantage of updated features.
