Hollyland Releases Pyro Series
The wireless video-transmission system is designed for small and medium-size commercial and television shooting teams.
Hollyland Technology has launched the Pyro wireless video-transmission system.
Comprising the Pyro H, Pyro S and Pyro 7, the series brings multi-person mobile wireless image transmission and monitoring solutions to small and medium-size commercial and television shooting teams.
One transmitter supports up to four receivers. Hollyland’s 2.4GHz and 5GHz ADH wireless technology provides enhanced anti-interference capabilities while reducing lag and improving range — the Pyro series provides stable wireless video at 4K/30fps and up to ¼ mile when the broadcast mode is off.
Users can optimize video-monitoring performance depending on their requirements, choosing Smooth mode or HD mode. In Smooth mode, Pyro emphasizes smooth, low-latency playback by dynamically adjusting the bitrate, achieving a steady latency of only 50ms and transmission of 650'. HD mode provides superior image quality at a stable bitrate of 8-12 Mbps, even at 1,300'. (Transmission range is line-of-sight, based on interference-free laboratory measurements.)
Pyro H provides HDMI Input/Output and Loopout; Pyro S features both HDMI and SDI Input/Output; and Pyro 7 supports HDMI and SDI Input/Output and Loopout. Pyro H and Pyro S feature a color LCD display on both transmitter and receiver; Pyro 7 is a 7" transceiving wireless monitor.
Hollyland’s Pyro solutions list for $349-$699.
