Lightbridge Announces C-100 Grid System
The solution enables crews to create custom Cine Reflector arrays of nearly any size, shape and surface.
Lightbridge has introduced the C-100 Grid System.
The solution enables crews to create custom Precision Reflector arrays of nearly any size, shape and surface. At the heart of its modular design are grid-clamp adapters purpose-built for the system. Engineered to interface with industry-standard grip scaffolding tubes and hardware, the solution features a screw-on coupler baseplate attached to a dedicated truss clamp. Each Lightbridge C100 frame readily accepts a grid clamp/coupler assembly. Lightbridge recommends three-point mounting for overhead crane situations.
The C-100 Grid System has been tested on a variety of productions by Manuel Billeter, ASC. “It’s versatile and very easy and intuitive to set up,” the cinematographer says. “It provides for beautiful, precision-controlled soft lighting on a very large scale.”
The C-100 Grid System is available for all current Lightbridge CRLS 100cm Reflectors.
