MTI Film Unveils DRS Nova V6.0
It’s the first iteration of the image-restoration toolset to incorporate AI features.
MTI Film has announced DRS Nova V6.0, the first iteration of the DRS Nova toolset that incorporates artificial-intelligence features.
For more than three decades, DRS Nova has enabled the remastering and restoring of thousands of film and television projects. DRS Nova V6.0 features MTAI FrameGen, which uses generative AI to recreate missing frames from jump cuts and black slugs.
Additionally, V6.0 introduces such features as a waveform-measurement tool, an improved gate-hair tool, enhanced stabilization and debris filters.
