Mushang VFX Lab Opens in Australia
The virtual-production facility lies just outside Sydney in Alexandria.
Chinese company Mushang has opened Mushang VFX Lab in Australia.
Located just outside Sydney in Alexandria, the virtual-production facility features Brompton Technology LED processing, ROE Visual screens, Disguise solutions, Stype tracking, Mark Roberts Motion Control Bolt robotic arms, Arri lighting and Sony Venice 2 cameras with Leitz Prime and Cooke Anamorphic FF SF lenses.
The studio’s LED setup features ROE Visual BP2V2 panels for the main wall and CB5 MK2 panels for the ceiling and is calibrated with Brompton’s Hydra measurement system. With near-8K resolution, the display is driven by two 4K Tessera SX40 processors, a Tessera S8 and five Tessera XD 10G distribution units.
