Rokinon Launches Remaster Slim
The Sony FE-mount lens allows users to switch among three focal lengths using one module.
Rokinon has released the Remaster Slim, a Sony FE-mount lens that allows users to switch among three focal lengths (21mm, 28mm and 32mm) using one module mounted to the camera.
The lens weighs 2.3 ounces (including module and lens) and is less than 1" thick, making it ideal for on-the-go shooting. Its USB-C port enables simple firmware updates. The AF/MF switch on the RS AF Module allows users to alternate between focus modes. It also features a small focusing ring for precise adjustments. Additionally, a standard 49mm filter can be attached to the module, enabling users to add creative effects or optimize images according to shooting conditions.
The lens offers a minimum focusing distance of 0.59’ at 21mm, 0.98’ at 28mm and 1.21’ at 32mm. In MF mode, the minimum focusing distance is even shorter.
The Rokinon Remaster Slim lists for $399.
