Rosco has introduced E276 Blackout, the latest offering in the E-Colour+ line.

E276 Blackout is a 3mm (76 micron) opaque polyester film designed to block light. Available in 60" x 20' rolls and featuring a matte finish, it can be used to create lightweight, waterproof flags for negative fill; to temporarily black out windows on location, and to create custom cucoloris patterns to add texture to a scene.

E276 Blackout is not intended for use directly on hot lights.
