The full-frame wide-angle prime lenses are designed exclusively for mirrorless cameras.
Sigma Corp. of America has unveiled the 20mm F1.4 DG DN | Art and 24mm F1.4 DG DN | Art full-frame wide-angle prime lenses.
Designed exclusively for mirrorless cameras, the lenses offer improved sharpness from edge to edge, enhanced portability and a manual aperture ring that can be de-clicked for video use.
New features include Manual Focus Lock, which allows the user to set focus manually and lock it in place. A Rear Filter Holder provides an opportunity to use rear-mounted filters for various effects without causing distortion or vignetting.
Both lenses are available for Sony E-mount and L-Mount systems. The 20mm lists for $899, and the 24mm lists for $799.
