Teradek Introduces Prism Flex
The compact solution is designed for scenarios that require reliable, color-accurate and low-latency point-to-point streaming.
Teradek has introduced the Prism Flex, a portable H.264/H.265 encoder/decoder that allows users to stream to any destination in up to 4KHD.
A compact, multi-I/O, low-power design enables the Prism Flex to fit into small spaces, making it easy to integrate into any live-production workspace and workflow. It is designed for mission-critical scenarios wherein reliable, color-accurate and low-latency point-to-point streaming is needed.
The Prism Flex’s feature set includes 4K encoding/decoding; HEVC + AVC; and SRT, RTMP(S), MPEG-TS. A subscription to Teradek’s Core Cloud platform enables users to get even more out of the device.
The Teradek Prism Flex lists for $2,790.
