Teradek has released the Node 5G, the latest addition to the Node modem line.
The Node 5G enables users to strengthen Prism encoder streams with dual-SIM 5G connectivity and a rugged chassis for use in the field. With the optional built-in Teradek Data e-SIM, users gain access to flexible cellular plans with support for most carriers around the world. In North America, Teradek Data’s Tier 1 service provides private network support to enable continuous use in congested environments.
Available as an integrated solution in Teradek’s Prism Mobile or as a standalone device, Node modems provide broadcasters with flexible connectivity options that facilitate remote video contribution and camera-to-cloud workflows for professional sports events, breaking news and concerts.
