Expanding its line of multi-environmental, IP-rated products, the Cuepix 16IP is a 4x4 LED matrix housing 16 “long-life” 30W RGBA COB LEDs. With 50,000-hour average LED life, each has individual controls over a full spectrum of customizable colors, from pastels to full saturation.

Building on the capabilities of the Cuepix Panel 5x5 LED array, launched five years ago, an amber LED joins the RGB diodes of the original design for a truer warm white CCT and extended color mixing possibiliites. Photometrics measure at 6,809-Lux 633 FC at 3.3' (1m) and 757Lux 70FC at 9.8' (3m)

With 520W max power consumption, the lights are designed to be silent, uniform and flicker-free in a compact form factor at 33.0 lbs (15kg). With RGB, dynamic amber and five pixel flip modes for multi-panel installations, each of the sixteen COB modules are individually controllable.

Projecting 62-degree beam angle at 87-degree field angle, rigging includes 90-degree adjustable and fixed yoke brackets with mounting holes. Integrated fixture-to-fixture alignment pins and quick locks are provided to easily assemble vertical or horizontal arrays using multiple units. ¼-turn Omega Brackets are available.

For blinder and effects lights, or as general area wash fixtures, alongside LED refresh frequencies settings from 900–25,000Hz and user-adjustable gamma control for brightness, there are programmable brightness curves and 16-bit dimming that will smoothly reduce output to zero.

For creative pixel-mapping to light designs, the Cuepix 16IP also have high-speed strobing at 1-18fps. Ranging between 3 to 128 channels, the units can be controlled through 14 DMX channel modes as well as RDM Remote Device Management protocols or on-board Art-NET and KlingNET for DMX over ethernet options.

Often mounted in areas that can be exposed to the elements, the IP65-rated 5-pin DMX connection protects from total dust ingress and low pressure water jets. An auto-sensing AC 100-240V 50/60Hz power supply and 14°F-113°F (-10°C-45°C) operational temperatures with fanless cooling allows worlwide operations.
