Venus Optics has released the Laowa 15mm f/4.5 wide-angle macro lens.
Weighing 10.8 ounces, the lens offers a 0.5x magnification ratio and enables wide-angle macro shots at a minimum focusing distance of 5". It features a 110.5-degree angle of view.
The lens is available in EF, F, E, Z, RF and L mounts. Sony E, Nikon Z and Canon EF camera users can adjust the aperture directly from the camera. The electronic chip also allows the recording of metadata in EXIF.
The Laowa 15mm f/4.5 lens lists for $399.
