Viltrox Adds Epic Anamorphics, Launches Luna Zooms
65mm and 135mm focal lengths are now available in the Epic Anamorphic Prime Series, and the new Luna Zoom Series comprises a 30-300mm and a 42-420mm.
Viltrox has added to its line of Epic anamorphic prime lenses and announced Luna large-format zoom lenses.
The Epic Anamorphic Prime Series lenses offer a 1.33x squeeze, achieving a 2.35:1 aspect ratio when paired with a standard 16:9 sensor. The lenses’ distortion-control capability prevents common anamorphic flaws such as facial widening while retaining signature oval bokeh and distinctive color rendering. Advanced nano-coatings ensure smudge resistance. The lenses are available in three flare-characteristic sets: blue flare, flare-suppressed and silver flare.
The new Epic focal lengths are the 65mm T2.8 Macro, engineered with a 1:4 magnification ratio, and the 135mm T2.4, a telephoto anamorphic prime.

Viltrox’s Epic anamorphic primes are available now and list for $3,299-$4,299, with the 65mm Macro and 135mm telephoto priced at $4,299 each.
Viltrox has also unveiled the Luna 10x Large-Format Zoom Series, comprising a 30-300mm T4 PL-mount lens and a 42-420mm T5.6 LPL-mount lens. Featuring stainless-steel mounts, the lenses include integrated magnetic-attachment filter systems with 165mm front diameter.

The Viltrox Luna 10x Zoom Series can be preordered now and will begin shipping later this year. Pricing depends on configuration.
