David Lanzenberg Welcomed by ASC as New Member
His recent series credits include Severance, Palm Royale and Wednesday.
French cinematographer David Lanzenberg has most recently shot projects for Apple TV+ including the Emmy Award-winning series Severance and Palm Royale. He also collaborated with executive producer-director Tim Burton on the Netflix series Wednesday, which earned him an Emmy nomination for Outstanding Cinematography for a Series (One Hour).
Lanzenberg came up through the ranks as a camera assistant, working with cinematographers including ASC members Philippe Rousselot, Checo Varese, Aaron Schneider and Daniel Pearl.
Lanzenberg is currently shooting his third season of The Morning Show, while his other credits include In the Shadow of The Moon, The Best of Enemies, Paper Towns, The Signal and The Age of Adaline.
The latter was directed by Lee Toland Krieger, with whom Lanzenberg also collaborated on the feature romance Celeste and Jesse Forever, as well as the successful pilots for Shadow and Bone, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, You and Riverdale.
Lanzenberg also has shot music videos for artists including Lenny Kravitz, Beck, Miley Cyrus, John Legend, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Prince, as well as high-end commercials for such brands as Apple, Nike and Hugo Boss.
