SAVANNAH, GEORGIA — Rodrigo Prieto, ASC, AMC, will discuss his work on The Homesman following a screening of the film at the Savannah Film Festival Oct. 26 at 11 a.m.
Directed by and co-starring Tommy Lee Jones, the period drama follows an independent woman (played by Hilary Swank) who escorts three mentally ill women across the Nebraska Territories, accompanied by a drifter (Jones) she coerces into assisting her on the journey.
Prieto will be interviewed by journalist Thelma Adams after the screening, which is sold out, according to the festival's website.
