CMotion Unveils Mainstation MST1
The solution is an input manager, a multi-rail power converter and a three-bay charger designed to safely power devices in the 5-48VDC range.
CMotion has announced the Mainstation MST1, a compact solution designed to solve the power problems encountered on most film sets.
The Mainstation MST1 is an input manager, a multi-rail power converter and a three-bay charger. With five hot-swappable inputs and six regulated, always-on outputs providing up to 1,000 watts of power, it safely powers devices in the 5-48VDC range.
When at least one input is present, six independently regulated outputs are available: two high-power XLR outputs (fixed 14.8VDC and user-adjustable 26-34VDC), three accessory outputs with industry-standard connectors (2-pin 12V, 3-pin 24V, LBUS 24V) and USB-C 100-watt power delivery. Additionally, with the included adapter cables, the XLR-output range can be shifted to 28VDC and 36-48VDC, ensuring that the physical plug corresponds with the safe voltage level.
CMotion will display the Mainstation MST1 at Cine Gear Expo in Los Angeles June 1-4.
