K5600 Launches LED Line
The LED ecosystem includes established fixtures such as the Joker and the Alpha as well as the Slice, a modular panel light.
K5600 Lighting has launched a new line of LED lighting systems that features established fixtures such as the Joker and the Alpha as well as the Slice, a modular lighting panel.
The Joker 300 LED can be powered by the company’s 300W LED Ballast or its 1200W LED Ballast, and it is color-tunable from 2,700K-6,500K and dimmable from 1-100 percent.
The Joker 300 LED includes a Beamer (a Par Reflector that is the same diameter as the Joker 400 HMI) and Lens set for maximum output. The Beamer is easily removable for use in many soft-accessory options from light banks to lanterns. Optional Focal Spot with 20- to 40-degree options is also available.
The Alpha 300 LED delivers crisp highlight/shadow quality comparable to that of traditional tungsten or HMI sources. Using a small light-emitting surface, the Alpha 300 provides appropriate spot-to-flood focusing of 5-55 degrees and single, soft-edge shadows that users would expect from any traditional Fresnel instrument.
Slice LED panels are available in four sizes — 75, 150, 300 and 1200 — and are all 2,700K-6,500K. The Slice housing’s male/female aluminum extrusion design is rugged and allows for a variety of mounting options. For instance, users can slide multiple Slices together to create a large soft light or slide them together at 90-degree angles to wrap the source around objects.
Holes are located throughout the Slice for tacking directly to walls. Magnets are fixed in the corners for diffusion and grids. Accessories include baby pins, goosenecks and backplates.
