Samyang Announces AF 14-24mm F2.8 FE Lens
The Sony E-mount solution was co-developed with Schneider-Kreuznach.
Samyang has announced the AF 14-24mm F2.8 FE lens for Sony E-mount.
Co-developed with Schneider-Kreuznach, the lens has a minimum focusing distance of 7" and accommodates 77mm front filters. It measures 3½" long and weighs just under 1 pound. At 14mm, it offers a 114.2-degree angle of view, and at 24mm, the angle of view is 84.1 degrees. The lens’ broad zoom range makes it ideal for landscapes, cityscapes, nightscapes, astrophotography, architecture, interiors and environmental portraits.
The lens is equipped with a USB port that enables firmware updates via a direct cable connection.
