7 ASC Members, 2 Associates Donate Stills to City Hearts Auction
City Hearts provides visual-arts and performing-arts education, training and experiences to children in impoverished areas of Los Angeles County.
The City Hearts 4th Annual Photo Auction at Leica, which pays tribute to the late Mary Ellen Mark, includes stills donated by ASC members Russell Carpenter, James Chressanthis, Richard Crudo, David Darby, Charlie Lieberman, Emmanuel Lubezki and Steven Poster, as well as ASC associate members Douglas Kirkland and Andy Romanoff.
Bidding has begun online and will continue through a ticketed reception Nov. 5 at the Leica Gallery, 8783 Beverly Blvd. The reception hours are 1-4 p.m., and it will be preceded by a VIP pre-auction viewing party at 12 p.m.
