DoPchoice Unveils Snapbag Airglow
Designed for 1x2 panel lights, the inflatable solution creates booklight-style illumination.
DoPchoice has unveiled the Snapbag Airglow, designed for 1x2 panel lights.
The Airglow employs inflatable technology to create booklight-style illumination. It’s suited for fixtures such as Creamsource Vortex8 and Vortex8 Soft, Arri Skypanel X21 and S60 Classic, and most similar-size lights. Adding the Airglow to an LED panel transforms it into a larger, soft source without a hard, defined shadow; the fixture can be easily repositioned and oriented horizontally or vertically.
Lightweight and quick to set up, it eliminates the need for extra stands on set. Installation comprises looping the anti-spill cover over the fixture and snapping the buckles closed on the two adjustable straps. The Airglow creates a 45° triangular bounce, with the back wall forming the hypotenuse angle to push light out the perpendicular side. The back wall can be swapped from Ultra Bounce to Hard Silver Diffusion for punchier illumination, and bleached and unbleached muslin can also be accommodated.
The inflatable Airglow frame can be filled or deflated while affixed to the light panel or detached. It and the air pump can be transported and stored in the included DoPchoice bag.
