Aputure Releases Storm 1200x

Aputure has announced the Storm 1200x point source COB lamp. The first in the forthcoming Storm line, the fixture features a new BLAIR (Blue/Lime/Amber/Indigo/Red) light engine that produces full white spectrum light, with all emitters contributing across a wide CCT range (2,500-10,000), and fine-tune adjustability of +/- Green as well as other colors. The lamp’s ProLock Locking Bowens mount can accept modifiers to become a Fresnel, a soft light, a projector or a hard open-face par. The Storm 1200x also offers an IP65 weather rating and CRMX/DMX/Bluetooth connectivity, and the extended size of its yoke allows the light to fully rotate 360 degrees.
